Welcome to our community!

The Regency ay Highland Lakes is a Condominium Owners Association (RHL-COA) consisting of 118 individual stand-alone homes. The community is located east of the intersection of Africa and Big Walnut Roads in Orange Township, Delaware County, Ohio. Parkway trees line the sidewalks throughout the community and Common Elements include a pool, small clubhouse, and two sitting parks. The development is served by the Olentangy School District.

Delaware County provides police, emergency, water, and sewer services. Orange Township provides fire services. The Polaris Town Center Mall along with other major retailers and restaurants are conveniently located only minutes away. A wide range of health care facilities, including emergency services, is nearby on Polaris Parkway and Cleveland Avenue. Mount Carmel/St. Ann’s Hospital is 15 – 20 minutes away.

A 3-member Board of Directors elected by the residents governs the RHL-COA. The Board has hired a professional management company that collects Association fees and provides or contracts for maintenance and repairs of Common Elements. Fees include grounds maintenance, snow removal, trash collection and other annual operating expenses as outlined in our community's Rules and Regulations Handbook. A portion of the fees is directed to a reserve fund that provides for capital improvements of our Common Elements.
